Parish Timeline:

Pre 2008 - During this time many beers gave their lives in the name of research.

2008 to 2009 - Recipes developed and tasted, and tasted, and tasted.

August 09 - Parish Brewing Co. LLC Exists!

October 09 - Parish has an online presence.

November 09 - Currently building the commercial scale brewery, in between taste testings of course.

January 2010 - Submitted permit paperwork to local, state, and federal agencies.

February 2010 - Parish signs agreement with Schilling Distributing to serve all of the Acadiana parishes!

April 2010 - Received all permits required to brew!  First commercial batches brewed!

July 2010 - Parish Canebrake and Biere Amber released for sale!!  It's been a long road to this point, and we're just getting started! 

December 2010 - Parish Canebrake is one of the best selling beers on draft in Lafayette.  Brewery is at capacity brewing Canebrake non-stop! 

June 2011 - Demand far exceeds supply.  Distributor sells out every week one or two days after our delivery.  Enormous brewery expansion is confirmed!

October 2011 - New brewery building is complete and equipment is being installed.
