Brewed locally, Parish beer is always fresh and never pasteurized.  If you find a Parish keg tapped and ready to go, you can expect the most fresh and flavorful beer possible.  Our beer is brewed right here in Lafayette Parish so it's always fresh without preservatives and flavor-killing pasteurization!  Enjoy the hop aromas and fine malt undertones, keep the beer moustache, and Drink Dat!

Our beers are brewed using old-school techniques with German, Belgian, and North American malted barley and other grains and the finest hops from the Pacific Northwest and Europe.

Little Brewery, Big Biere

Parish Brewing Co. is a brewery in Broussard, Louisiana.  We supply Louisiana with uncompromising, craft brewed beer (or biere in our native cajun french).  Using only the finest ingredients, we'd never cut costs at the expense of flavor. 

Think of Parish as an upstart local brewery in cajun country doing battle against boring, tasteless swill.

Update Mid-May 2012:  We have completed our new, larger brewing facility here in Lafayette Parish.  We are now producing Canebrake only, in kegs only, with the intent of satisfying demand in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore markets.  As of now, our beer is available in New Orleans and Lafayette.  We will release in Baton Rouge in a matter of weeks, then the Northshore.  After everyone gets all of the Canebrake kegs they can handle, we will move on to other products and packaging (bottles!).
